For participants under 18 years of age, a parent or legal guardian must:

By registering a minor, the parent/guardian confirms they have legal authority to do so.

• All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.
• Payment is required in full prior to participation unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Fees for assessments, training sessions, camps, and digital products are non-refundable, except where required by law or explicitly stated.
• Missed sessions without proper notice may be forfeited.
• Melchor Coaching reserves the right to modify pricing at any time.

• Sessions must be scheduled in advance.
• Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made within the time frame communicated at booking.
• Weather, facility issues, or unforeseen circumstances may require rescheduling at our discretion.
• We reserve the right to cancel sessions due to safety concerns or low enrollment.

Participation in athletic training involves inherent risks, including but not limited to physical injury.

By using our services, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Participation is voluntary
• You assume all risks associated with training and athletic activity
• Melchor Coaching, its coaches, contractors, and affiliates are not liable for injuries, losses, or damages except where prohibited by law

Participants are responsible for ensuring they are physically able to participate.

You confirm that the participant:

• Is physically fit to participate
• Has no medical condition that would prevent safe participation
• Will disclose any relevant medical conditions prior to training

Melchor Coaching does not provide medical advice or treatment.

All participants, parents, and guardians are expected to:

• Behave respectfully toward coaches, staff, and other participants
• Follow instructions and safety guidelines
• Avoid disruptive or inappropriate behavior

Melchor Coaching reserves the right to remove any participant or parent for behavior that is unsafe or detrimental, without refund.

All content on melchorcoaching.com—including text, logos, assessments, training systems, videos, and materials—is the intellectual property of Melchor Coaching LLC.

You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or resell content
• Share digital products without permission
• Use our materials for commercial purposes without written consent

Unauthorized use may result in legal action.

By participating in Melchor Coaching services, you grant permission for:
